I am often asked what my favourite food is. I love tapas as the social and relaxed style of eating brings a more pleasurable experience when dining. Tapas is a modern way of consuming high quality food in a less traditional manner.
Hi, I'm Max, a private chef with over 10 years of experience in the culinary industry. In my career, I have worked in some of the top London restaurants and hotels, including completing my apprenticeship at the Savoy Hotel and working in restaurants such as Marcus in the Berkeley and Galvin at Windows.
For the past 5 years, I've been working as a private chef catering to clients in private homes, luxury villas and ski resorts accross Europe.
I spent 2023 and some of 2024 working as the Sole Chef onboard luxury charter vessels cruising the remote Kimberley region in Western Australia.
After completing my apprenticeship, I gained interest in Nutrition which led to completing various nutritional courses which has allowed me to work with a wide range of clients.
I'm passionate about creating delicious and unique dishes that leave a lasting impression on my clients. Let me bring my expertise to your next event or private dining experience.
With kitchens based in both Newcastle and London, I am able to cover most of the UK.
